20. Luismi

Born 23 May 2001 in Puerto de Santa María (Cadiz), Luismi Cruz was in the Sevilla FC academy, where he rose up through the youth ranks to eventually become an important member of their reserve team.
 
His fine form at Sevilla Atlético led to his first appearance for the first team on 15 December 2021, when he played 45 minutes of the win on penalties against C. E. Andrax in the Copa del Rey. He also played in La Liga (against Celta Vigo and Alavés) and Europa League (against West Ham).
 
In the summer of 2022 he came to Barça on a one-season loan deal to play in the reserves.
 
Luismi Cruz has played for Spain at various youth levels.

Technical profile

Luismi is a quick, skilful player who can adapt to any role in attack. He has a good reading of the game and a fine eye for goal.
