Strategic positioning

Sustainability is one of the 3 pillars of the Club’s strategic plan. Our goal is to become a sustainable Club in the economic, sporting, environmental, social and good governance spheres. These aspects reinforce our conviction to be More than a club, which expresses the Club’s commitment to the population of the local community and the world.

Since the creation of the Sustainability area in 2021, we have followed 3 reference models while carrying out our activities:

- The agreements established at the COPs reinforce the environmental SDGs for climate change.

- We are aligned with the United Nations SDGs and we divide them into 3 groups according to the Club’s strategy.

- The European Commission’s circular economy action plan seeks to close the life cycle of products by increasing reuse and recycling, while avoiding waste generation (zero waste).
